In August, 2003, Todd Powers was deeply moved as he watched his daughters Stephanie and Tiffany sell their clothes, their bikes, their toys, and bless other children by giving away most of their personal belongings.   Likewise, he stood amazed as he saw the devotion of his wife who was willing to leave all the things she had believed God for over their 20 years of marriage. The Lord had called the Powers Family to go to unreached nations to spread His love and teach the uncompromising Word of God.  Todd, his wife Julie, and their daughters Stephanie and Tiffany gave away everything that they owned in order to move to Thailand and fulfill God-s call on their lives. 

Stephanie, then 12 years old, saw the tears in her dad's eyes and went to him.  When she asked her dad what was wrong, Todd explained the emotion he felt watching the girls and Julie give away everything they owned in preparation for their move half way across the world because he was called to preach the Gospel to the world.  It was Stephanie's words of comfort and support that displayed the true hearts of the Powers family. Stephanie replied, "Dad, you didn't get called to Thailand, WE did."

Since that day, Todd, Julie, Stephanie and Tiffany Powers have lived each day fulfilling the will and the call of God in their lives, giving of their love, time, and talents to reach the world and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
